Now, even though Schlep's mission to expose child predators on Roblox was without a doubt just, the Roblox Corporation has doubled down on the decision, which prompted Schlep to announce that he will be countersuing them.
A few weeks later, on September 2nd, Schlep confirmed on X that he and his team of lawyers are teaming up with Law By Mike with the intention of suing Roblox and disproving the notion of it being completely safe for children. Can Schlep's Lawsuit Impact the Future of Roblox?
Right after the Schlep's ban, the State of Louisiana filed a lawsuit against the Roblox Corporation. The main claim of it is that the company prioritized its profits over child safety. So, it isn't just Schlep that is suing Roblox. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that the future of Roblox is grim. Soon after the backlash, the company announced that enhancing child safety is its primary focus in the near future.

If Roblox delivers on its promises and makes the platform completely safe for children, then there should be no reason for it to get shut down.
