Is Ray Crosby dead in Coronation Street, and did Debbie kill him? Character's fate teased

Coronation Street fans are wondering if Ray Crosby is dead, and if Debbie Webster might have killed him following tense scenes last week - with Debbie hinting she murdered the villain.

He was exposed for his crimes including bribery, and the attempted rape of Faye Windass.

But in horrifying scenes on Friday, he turned dangerous again when he drugged Abi Franklin as she got close to getting evidence against him.

He appeared to try and kill her to silence her, drugging her and leaving her fighting for her life.

But Debbie came across the duo and his shocking plan, with Ray telling her to let Abi die.
