Is Piers Morgan leaving Good Morning Britain?

The duo will not be back on screen together until Tuesday, April 23, and will be replaced by some other familiar faces in their absense.

Regular GMB star Charlotte Hawkins confirmed on Twitter today that she'll be taking the reigns from Monday to Wednesday alongside Richard Madeley who has regularly filled in for the departing host.

Replying to a fan on the social media platform, the 43-year-old said: "I'm looking forward to next week too, I'll be presenting with @richardm56 Mon-Wed!"
