Ulster continue the new Pro14 season with an away trip to Ospreys on Saturday evening.
Dan McFarland's side opened their campaign with a 35-24 win against Benetton last week.
They will be looking to back that up with another win in Wales.
The game had been thrown into doubt earlier this week after Ulster confirmed that a senior player and academy player tested positive for Covid-19.
But after further tests the game now goes ahead.
