O2 users went into meltdown after the network began experiencing problems with its 4G and data services.
Furious customers took to Twitter to express their frustration with O2, leaving them unable to access the internet.
One user wrote: “@O2 is such a let down. As a taxi driver, I’m constantly using internet. But now message from O2 is I’ve no internet connection. Which makes me loose £200.”
The issue is also causing problems for services like Transport for London’s electronic timetable at bus stops, which rely on the network.

TfL said: “there are reports that live bus updates to our Countdown Systems has gone down. The company that updates the data to our network of Countdown Systems is currently experiencing difficulties in providing this service. This issue is being investigated."
The problem is believed to have affected around 32 million customers worldwide, with O2 and Japan's Softbank reporting network outages.
What isn't working?
Users have said they are not able to access the internet without a wi-fi connection.
O2 are blaming the issue on a third-supplier and Ericsson.
A spokesperson for Ericsson said: "We are aware of the issue and are working together with our customers to solve it as soon as possible."
How long has it been down for?
Problems were first reported at 5:30am.
How long will it be down for?
It’s not yet known when the issue will be resolved.
Taking to Twitter, O2 wrote: “We are aware our customers are unable to use data this morning. Our technical teams are working on the issue with high priority. We are really sorry and working as hard and as fast as we can to fix this.”
Are customers owed compensation?
When customers experienced a seven-hour blackout in 2015, O2 said it would not be offering compensation to customers affected because of the "length and effect of the incident."
It's not clear yet whether customers will be owed compensation in this case.
