As the noise around Lonzo Ball and his family has gotten quieter over the last week, the 21-year-old Lakers point guard seems to be getting more comfortable wearing Big Baller Brand out in public.
While he’s no longer sporting the famous BBB logo across his chest, TMZ spotted Ball at the airport wearing the $200 ZO2 slides:
Ball was also seen wearing those slides in a recent Instagram video:
It’s possible that Ball just thinks his signature slides are too comfortable to part with, but the more he’s seen wearing the once-presumed-dead Big Baller Brand, the more likely it is that the brand will be revived in the near future. After all, Lonzo’s father, LaVar Ball, has denied reports that the brand is folding and Lonzo hasn’t shut the door on doing business with his father again.
It might be too soon to say the Big Baller Brand is back, but it’s definitely something that will be worth monitoring over the course of the summer.
