Is LeBron James wrong about the NBA’s play-in games?

Even if LeBron James once seemed to like the idea of the NBA’s added play-in games to get more teams involved in the run for playoff spots, he ripped it earlier this week, saying, “Whoever came up with that (expletive) needs to be fired.”

Is he right or wrong? Our Charles Curtis and Bryan Kalbrosky broke down the play-in possibilities and James’s comments and disagreed with the Los Angeles Lakers superstar. Yes, it wouldn’t be great for the league if its biggest star loses in a play-in game, but it’s really good for the rest of the league and its fans who have a shot at seeing their team compete.
