Hollyoaks may have just killed off rapist Laurie Shelby, as wife Sinead pushed him over a balcony in a shocking showdown.
Laurie had just been confronted by her mother Diane, after he continued to deny raping wife Sinead in a harrowing ordeal.
But the villain then turned on her and chased her around the school in a bid to silence her, as she continued to protest him being allowed to teach at the school.
Sinead was recently arrested after she lied about the dates in which she was raped by her husband, while there wasn't enough evidence to put him inside.
Sienna Blake, who had been harassed and assaulted by Laurie, was helping Sinead while other villagers didn't believe that she had been raped.
Diane initially confronted Laurie in front of his students at their prom, but soon left after causing a scene.
She snuck back into the school though and got him alone in a classroom, before putting him in his place and calling him "pathetic".
Laurie then attacked her though before chasing her around the school in what appeared to be a bid to sexually assault her.
Luckily, Sinead and Sienna headed to the school themselves to confront him and heard Diane's screams, reaching her in time.
This didn't deter him though, and he continued his pursuit of his mother-in-law, grabbing her, ripping her top and chasing her across the balcony.
Sinead launched herself at her husband though, and suddenly things escalated with her grabbing him before pushing him, only for him to plunge off the balcony.
The three women gasped before looking down as Laurie's lifeless body, as he laid at the bottom having fallen on a table on the ground.
Viewers are now predicting Laurie will die in the fallout, fearing for Sinead, but others are hoping he will be alive to face justice for his crimes.
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6:30pm on Channel 4, with the next episode at 7pm on E4.
