Is Jake Paul running for office? Trump gives him a ‘complete and total endorsement’

  • President Donald Trump has promised to endorse controversial YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul if he ever runs for political office.
  • The declaration was made during a speech at a Kentucky packaging facility, where Paul joined Trump on stage and delivered his own remarks.
  • Paul expressed his belief that “God's got us, Trump's got us” and when Trump returned to the podium, he pledged to throw his political weight behind Paul.
  • “I just want to say I predict, I'm going to make a prediction, that you will be in the not too distant future, running for political office, OK,” Trump said. “And you have my complete and total endorsement, OK?’’
  • Paul, who later posted a video of himself and Trump performing the Y.M.C.A. dance, has 19.5 million followers on TikTok and 21 million subscribers on YouTube.
