Is it the right time for pubs, salons and cinemas to reopen? Take part in our survey

Liverpool’s pubs and restaurants will start to reopen this weekend having been closed since March due to the coronavirus lockdown.

Last month it was announced that the food and drink industry could reopen with safety measures in place, along with other businesses including hairdressers, barbers, cinemas, libraries, hotels, bingo halls and more - you can see the full list of places reopening here.

But while some people can’t wait to get out and have a pint, go for a meal, or get their hair cut, others are still cautious.

While the number of coronavirus cases have fallen in recent weeks, the virus hasn’t been eliminated and many are still worried about the risk of catching it.

We’ve created a survey to find out what you think about the reopening of leisure and hospitality businesses on July 4.

Is it too soon, too late, or just right? And what are you most looking forward to doing again from Saturday that you haven’t been able to since March? Our short survey will only take a couple of minutes to fill in.

This Saturday, we will be covering the reopening of hospitality businesses live on the Liverpool ECHO website, so do join us to see all the pictures and reaction throughout the day and night.
