Is it OK for joggers to run in a cemetery?

I recently saw a jogger enter our local cemetery. I was unsure whether running round the graves would be a breach of etiquette. I put it to my wife who seemed unconcerned: “A lot worse has gone on in there,” she said. How do other readers feel?
