Is it a rabbit or a raven? This 'optical illusion' video has left millions of people baffled

Viral videos are often the sources of great debates and this one is no different.

A clip of an animal being stroked was shared on Twitter by Dan Quintana, a Norwegian podcaster and it has left a lot of people asking - is it a rabbit or a raven?

Since being posted on Sunday (August 18) the video has had more than 3m views as well as thousands of retweets, likes and comments.

Dan captioned the video: "Rabbits love getting stroked on their nose."

But many social media users picked up on the fact that the rabbit's ears also resemble a beak.

And once you see it, you can't unsee it.

"Am I on drugs? I see a bird," commented one.

Another commented: "Wow, I sat here for ages seeing someone petting a crow w its beak open to the air, and thinking 'rabbits??'"

A third said: "What is this sorcery."

Before another added: "Seriously what am I looking at? I can’t handle this kind of mental pressure right now."

The truth is, it is in fact a raven as Dan appears to confirm it by replying to a follower: "I WISH I had a rabbit for rabbit content."

Consider us all confused and fooled.
