Is ISIL embracing a new approach?

Is ISIL embracing a new approach?

ISIL has not taken responsibility for the attacks, but many observer say the attacks bear the groups hallmarks.

ISIL fighters have claimed other attacks in Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Bangladesh and Iraq.

So, what's the message behind the latest strikes?
