Is hotdesking really that hot?

We're all for flexible working, right? And technology means many of us don't need to be based at a company office or have a permanent desk. Correct?

But is hotdesking such a cool idea? Maybe not.

In this Saturday's Work section we'll be publishing research from the Institute of Work Psychology that suggests hotdesking can be damaging to an organisation's health, weakening the sense of team spirit among its workers.
