Gemma Collins appeared to pull an early April Fools prank on her followers as she posed poolside in a solar-powered bikini.
The ‘Techini’ from On the Beach Holidays features speakers, a wireless phone charger, a waterproof pocket and phone cooler, the brand claim.
The reality star, who is currently holidaying in Tenerife with boyfriend James Argent, shared a photo of herself taking a selfie by the swimming pool while charging her phone using the strange swimsuit.
“Just recharging in the sun. Got my hands on the solar-powered #Techini from @onthebeachholidays,” she wrote.
The holiday provider claims that the bikini is available from April 1, suggesting that Collins’ latest fashion choice might be part of a pre-emptive April Fools prank.
Fans seemed to approve of the GC’s unusual new look, telling her that she was “looking fabulous” and “stunning” in the snap.
The TOWIE star has been enjoying a break in the Canary Islands with her partner and posted another poolside snap yesterday, in which she thanked Argent for “the best holiday.”
“Thank you @real_arg for spoiling me rotten as you always do,” she wrote. “We really did have the best holiday I’m already missing it but the MEMORIES we made will last FOREVER.
She then dropped a major hint as to the couple’s next holiday destination, adding: “Next stop…. Please take me to the Kim K suit in Dubai #comeonbabes.”
An in earlier Instagram post, Collins posed in a neon pink swimsuit and teased her next TV project.
“I had a FANTASTIC holiday,” she wrote in the caption.
“Now back to work to make some FANTASTIC TELEVISION. I am so so excited about my next projects for this year all very exciting,” she continued, adding the hashtag “#LABABY.”
