Is Fulham vs Newcastle on TV, what time is kick-off and who is in the teams?

Newcastle travel to West London on Sunday afternoon as they take on Fulham at Craven Cottage.

In what could prove to be Rafa Benitez's final game in charge, (the Spaniard's contract expires next month and he is yet to agree new terms) the Magpies will look to sign off their Premier League campaign with a win.

Newcastle could finish as high as 13th with a win but defeat could see them fall below Burnley and finish 15th.

Meanwhile, Fulham - who are now managed by former Newcastle midfielder Scott Parker - have already been relegated and are lodged in 19th place. They will merely be playing for pride on Sunday.
