Sunderland will continue their pre-season preparations with a visit to Jack Ross' Dundee United tomorrow, Saturday, July 16. The Black Cats will kick-off at 3pm against the Scottish Premiership side just three days after taking on AS Roma.
Alex Neil's side have returned from Portugal earlier this week after a warm weather training camp. They made a fine start to proceedings with a 1-0 lead against Rangers at half-time in their first fixture of the camp, before floodlight failure meant the game was postponed.
The Wearsiders kept Jose Mourinho's Europa Conference League winners at bay for 75 minutes before two late goals saw the Serie A outfit kick start their tour with a win. They'll now be preparing for a trip north of the border to face former boss Ross, for the first time since leaving the Stadium of Light back in 2019.

Sunderland will take on the Scottish Premiership side at Tannadice Park this Saturday with kick-off at 3pm.

Can you still get tickets for the game?
Tickets are still on sale for the match, priced at £15 for adults; £10 for over-65s, students and under-18s, and £5 for under-16s. Away tickets must be purchased through Dundee United's website.
