Brentford are unchanged from Monday’s 2-0 win at West Ham. Jordan Henderson and Caoimhin Kelleher face Liverpool for the first time. Sepp van der Berg also starts and Fabio Carvalho is on the bench, so it could be four former Liverpool players involved.
Mohamed Salah returns to the starting line-up, but there’s no Alexander Isak or Ryan Graveberch in the squad due to injuries. Milos Kerkez replaces Andy Robertson and Curtis Jones starts ahead of Alexis Mac Allister in midfield. Hugo Ekitike leads the line.
