Big Baller Brand may have begun the first step of issuing refunds on Friday afternoon with a post on Instagram. The company asked that anyone who preordered either the ZO2 2019 shoe or the G3 Lux to email the company with the order confirmation email.
Logistically, this does not directly mean that the company is beginning to issue refunds. But given what is already being reported and speculated about the company, it’s yet another sign pointing toward it shutting down.
The most obvious and surest sign of the company’s grim future was the website going down two weeks ago. The site is still down, which would seem to indicate there’s little intention of it going back up.
That move came in the wake of reports that the family had met about the future of the company while Lonzo Ball was busy covering up his Big Baller Brand tattoo and his manager Darren Moore was tossing ZO2’s into the trash.
This seems like another nail in the coffin for the company as it nears its final days of existence.
