- A new poll by More in Common reveals that 59 per cent of Britons do not believe Andy Burnham is ready to become prime minister , though he is perceived as more prepared than Kemi Badenoch or Nigel Farage.
- Despite a 0 per cent net favourability rating, Mr Burnham holds a higher popularity than any other party leader, with 45 per cent of respondents having no opinion of him.
- Luke Tryl of More in Common noted that Britons are open to hearing Mr Burnham's ideas, but expect him to present a clear vision for his government and tangible changes for the country.

- The poll also indicated that only 11 per cent of voters believe Mr Burnham should retain most current ministers, with a third favouring keeping some and 36 per cent preferring to change most.
