An Irvine rotary club has been named the best in the west.
The town’s Seagate Rotary was given the honour of West of Scotland Rotary Club of the Year at the Rotary District Meeting on Sunday.
Seagate came top out of 50 local clubs after being recognised for its significant contribution to the local and wider community.
Seagate continue their community efforts this week with a barbecue and crepes for the visiting children from Belarus.
The children, in the area though charity Chernobyl Children’s Life Line, will also be treated to a pampering session at Pam & Co Hair & Beauty.
