Irn Bru has unveiled a new Burns night inspired advert - but the opening lines are all a little bizarre.
With the famous bard set to be celebrated this Saturday, January 25, Scotland's 'national' drink company has released a hilariously awkward video.
'Tae a Cat' sees an animated Burns give an ode tae a cat, which Irn Bru say is one of the bard's 'lesser known works'.
The social media post reads: ""Burns Night is fast approaching. Here’s one of our Bard’s erm …lesser known works. Allegedly."
The video goes on to show a black and white Burns say: "Pussy, pussy, pussy, pussy. You really make me chuffed, but leave another turd behind ma sofa and I'm gonna have you stuffed."
Then Burns drinks from a can of Irn Bru.
The bizarre clip has been shared over 500 times by amused fans.
