Irishman slated after sharing picture of dinner that 'looks worse than a crime scene'

An Irishman has been the brunt of numerous jokes after he posted a picture of his dinner online.

The anonymous poster shared an image of his lasagne and chips meal on Reddit but many people were aghast at the dish.

Commenters levelled a number of similar criticisms against the chef for his "crime against humanity", with some common complaints cited.

Many asked 'where's the coleslaw', while others queried the small portion of chips and the presentation.

Posting the image of the small serving, the man wrote: "My dinner tonight... Lasagne and Chips. Thanks for the inspiration, /r/Ireland!"

They later explained that more chips were hiding under the lasagne, although people remained unimpressed.

The post has amassed hundreds of comments since it was posted on Thursday.

A third said: "Jaysus....I've been less depressed burying family members....what is that."

A fourth person remarked: "My dog has coughed up better looking stuff."

Someone else wrote: "Where’s the rest?"

While another person said: "The UN wants to talk to you, crime against humanity just right there."

One person added: "I don't even like lasagna and I feel sorry for you."

And another said: "That's not chips. Where's the garlic bread? Have you already eaten the coleslaw?"
