A dry and sunny Tuesday is in store for Ireland as summer looks set to stay.
Met Eireann is forecasting warm days with a good deal of sunshine this week, despite it being cooler than last week.
Parts of the north will experience showers in the morning, but it should be a clear afternoon for most of the country. Highest temperatures will range from 18C to 20C.
A forecaster said: "Isolated showers in the north will clear this morning and it will be dry again today with some cloudy periods but also good spells of sunshine.

"There will be highs of 18 to 20 degrees in light northwest breezes."
The national forecaster is predicting a dry night, with lowest temperatures ranging from 9C to 12C.
A forecaster added: "Dry and clear overnight with lows of 9 to 12 degrees. Shallow fog patches will form in the almost calm conditions."

Wednesday will be similar, but a warmer day is expected.
Met Eireann said: "Little overall change for Wednesday; dry and fairly sunny.
"A warmer day with higher temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees. Light breezes."
The sunny and dry conditions are to continue heading into the weekend, as temperatures of up to 23C are being forecast.
