Ireland will be as hot as Barcelona on Thursday as temperatures soar to 16C.
Met Eireann is forecasting a dry day with long sunny spells.
Temperatures in Dublin will be as high as 16C making it as hot as the popular Spanish holiday destination.
A spokesman for the national forecaster said: "Thursday will be another dry day with good sunny spells more widely.
"It will be somewhat cloudier near north and west coasts. There will be light to moderate southwest breezes. Highest temperatures will be between 12C to 16C.
"It will follow on from a chilly morning as temperatures are to drop to as low as -1C on Wednesday night. However, the morning mist and fog will clear leaving dry and sunny day.
"Thursday night will be more cloudy with patchy rain due to fall in western counties.
"It will be warmer than previous nights, but temperatures will dip to as low as 2C."

A spokesman added: "Some clear spells in places, mainly over more southern and eastern parts.
"Cloud will increase across the west and northwest on Thursday night with patchy rain and drizzle developing in Atlantic coastal counties before dawn.
"Lows of 2C to 6C, coldest under clear spells in Munster and Leinster, with a local rural grass frost."
