Irish scientist Yewande Biala dives right into romance as Love Island makes 2019 return

Irish scientist Yewande Biala dives right into romance as the new season of Love Island hit screens last night.

She showed she had beauty as well as brains as she almost burst out of a tiny peach bikini while chatting with firefighter Michael Griffiths by a pool.

But the Dubliner, 23, needs to work fast as she is the 7/4 favourite to be the first girl evicted from the hit show.

And she is a big outsider at 8/1 to win the top female prize.

Paddy Power said: “The odds don’t bode well for Irish scientist Yewande, as she is tipped to be the first contestant to go down the tubes.”

The bookie added she is lagging behind 2/1 shot Anna Vakili while Sherif Lanre (6/4) and Michael Griffiths (7/2) are the hot favourite boys to win.

Lucie Donlan (2/1) is the most likely contestant to be in the winning couple with boxer Tyson Fury’s brother Tommy at 7/2.

Punters can get odds of 13/8 for Michael Griffiths and Amber Rose Gill to pair off.

Paddy Power said: “Love Island finally returned to our screens last night, which at least means we have something to
do on a weeknight now.

“Tommy is tipped to be a heavyweight heartbreaker, and we believe it’s an odds-on banker that him and former RTE Dancing With The Stars pro Curtis [Pritchard] name-drop their famous siblings within minutes of entering the villa.”
