Irish Rail are hiring new train drivers across the country and are encouraging anyone who is interested to apply.
The rail company revealed they will create "dozens" of driving roles in the coming years due to expected growth and expansion of services.
And while the work involves shifts the pay is very rewarding, with successful candidates being able to earn up to €60,000 per year.
A spokesperson said: "Candidates must be willing to work various shift patterns, including weekend work for between 39 and 48 hours a week.
"These new drivers will be based in different depots right around the network. Iarnród Éireann encourages people from all over the country to apply.
"Successful candidates will be placed on a salary scale, which will reach up to €60,000 per annum."
There are a few conditions however:
Applicants must meet European Train Driver Licensing requirements with a minimum of nine years full-time education and must be over the age of 20.

The recruitment process will involve a number of stages, including initial online assessments,assessment centres, competency-based interviews, a rigorous medical and safety reference checking.
