RTE 2FM DJ Tracy Clifford will not be doing much this Christmas due an injury she received while on holidays.
While visiting Iceland, the radio DJ broke her coccyx after slipping on a swimsuit which was left at the side of a swimming pool.
She didn't realise that she had injured herself until she attended the hospital and doctors noticed a bone sticking out of her back.
Speaking to Independent.ie, the radio host said: "I was in the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa in Iceland, which is absolutely amazing".
"I got out of it really fast and slipped on what I think was a swimsuit and I went high up in the air like a banana."
Ms Clifford didn't realise how serious her injury was until she attended the hospital where it was confirmed she had broken her tail bone.
According to the radio DJ, her injury was so bad she didn't even need to get an x-ray.
Since her unfortunate injury, Tracey said she has been the "butt of all the jokes."
