Here is the moment that 14 cars worth of armed Gardai swarmed a Dublin shebeen catching as many as ten drinkers inside on Saturday night.
Throngs of officers rushed to the private premises in Swords in a carefully calculated operation by the northside Gardai over the weekend.
The exclusive three-minute footage obtained by Dublin Live shows as many as 14 cars full of armed officers rolling into the area as they surge the grounds of the alleged make-shift boozer.
Searching the place just after 11pm, Gardai found a number of drinkers breaching Covid rules at the premises.
The punters will all be issued with Fixed Penalty Notices for an alleged breach of Regulation 4 of the Health Act, 1947 Regulations.
Gardai discovered alcohol, beer kegs and taps, cash, bar stools, and other bar equipment at the industrial premises in the north Dublin area.
Another video obtained by Dublin Live shows the inside of the homemade pub.
A giant warehouse greeted drinkers complete with a seating area, a fireplace, a bar with kegs and taps and a television screen behind the counter.
No arrests have been made so far and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The spokesman added: "As part of Operation Navigation, a private premises was searched by Gardaí in Swords, County Dublin, investigating alleged breaches of liquor licencing legislation in support of current public health measures.
"The COVID-19 Pandemic remains a public health crisis and An Garda Síochána continues to appeal to all citizens to comply with Public Health Guidelines and Regulations in order to save lives."
