A Wicklow pub has shut its doors to the public due to the "rapidly deteriorating Covid situation".
The Beach House in Greystones will remain closed until Friday, January 7.
A spokesperson for the pub said the decision was taken in the interest of their staff and customers.
They also apologised for the inconvenience.
They said on Facebook: "Due to the rapidly deteriorating covid situation we at The Beach House have taken the decision in the interest of the health of our staff and customers alike, to remain closed until Friday 7th January.
"We apologise for any inconvenience and hope you will all stay safe and well until we open our doors again soon."
