Irish pubs closed: Inside the popular 140-year-old Dublin bar on market for bargain €1.3 million

An iconic Dublin pub right in the heart of Dublin city, Becky Morgan's, has been put on the market with an asking price of €1.3 million.

It's situated in a prime location on Grand Canal street lower and is just minutes from the Aviva Stadium so you're guaranteed a busy night once crowds return in full to the venue.

If you're more of a theatre/music buff, it's within walking distance of Bord Gai Energy Theatre and the soon-to-be-developed U2 museum at Grand Canal Dock.

It's also close to the European headquarters of major multinationals like Facebook Google, Air BnB and TripAdvisor - so post-work office pints are a guarantee.

The pub is a three-storey plus basement with a lot of space out the front for outdoor seating with a smoking area also included.

Inside the pub are two lounge bars, a function room, catering kitchen, storage room and bathrooms.

In terms of size, the pub extends for a total of 227 sq. m (2,443 sq ft). 63 for the ground floor, 55 for the first floor, 46 for the second floor and 63 for the basement, including storage and bathrooms.

Becky Morgan's pub was established all the way back in 1880, making it one of the oldest pubs in Dublin.
