A barman from Dublin has revealed that a customer reportedly 'collapsed and died' after 'not feeling well' in a pub.

The man took to Twitter to reveal the heartbreaking news in a tweet that has since gone viral.

He said that one of the other barmen walked him home after he reportedly didn't feel well while sitting in the bar.

In the tweet, which has since gotten thousands of interactions, the shocked barman said he saw it as a sign to live every day to the fullest as you "don't know when it will be your last".

He said: "Customer left the pub at twenty to six cause he didn’t feel well and one of lads walked him home.

"He collapsed and died when he got home. Live every day to the fullest cause you don’t know when it’s your last."

One pal replied saying: "They say you only only live once, no, you die once, you live every day, life is not a rehearsal. R.I.P to the man and good on your friend for being with the gent.

Another added: "This is so sad. you never truly know what’s around the corner for you. May he rest in peace.

A third commented: "Make every day a good one. RIP to the man."
