Irish pub from the 1800s has secret cinema and could be turned into apartments

A Cork city pub that opened in the 1800s and has a fairly unique feature upstairs could be turned in apartments.

Lastly known as '98 Street' as it sits on the corner between there and Gillaby, the bar first opened all the way back in 1861 and had been trading right up to the pandemic.
