Customers at an Irish pub were left shocked after a man threatened to "knock out" a woman in a shocking video.
The clip taken at a popular bar in Dun Laoighaire went viral on social media and shows the man talking to two women before things got heated.
The man threatened to "knock out" one of the women before describing her as "rotten".
In the short video, the pair are in conversation with the man who says: "Yeah, I'll knock you out, that's what I said. You're a fool. You're fat and rotten".
He then turned to another girl and said: "You'd want to give yourself a break there you handicap."
At the same time, the other member of the group of girls is asking him "so, you hit women?" repeatedly.
As the man walks away, he turns back, points to one of the women and tells her "you fat s**t and you're rotten as well, you'd actually want to go and kill yourself at this point."
When the man tells the woman to "go on, put it up online", she responds by telling him that instead of going online, she would be "going to the Gardai".
To this, the man claims that "no one cares, there are zero people who care you fat shits, you're rotten."
Other customers are seen looking at the incident.
The end of the clip sees one of the group exclaim 'wow'.
