Nude model Niamh O’Connor has bought her second home less than a year after signing up to OnlyFans.
The 24-year-old, from Co Louth, opened her account in the X-rated subscription site, where creators charge for access to explicit pictures and video clips.
After moving to Turkey last year, the TikTok star purchased an apartment in Kusadasi but has now become the owner of a gorgeous new villa.
Niamh told the RSVP Live: “I was actually living in a mobile home in my parents’ backyard and rent prices were so insane.
“I was working a normal nine-to-five job and it just was not going to be feasible. Even now with having the money to be able to afford to live in Ireland, it still kind of pushes you out because it’s like, ‘Do I want to pay all that money in Ireland?’”
She considered whether spending that much on a house here was worth it in comparison to the cheaper prices in foreign countries.
Niamh had travelled to Turkey before and loved the country, so she made the leap and moved there.
The first property she purchased was a three-bedroom apartment.
She said: “I was intending to stay in the apartment but I got a dog and the dog doesn’t have a garden in an apartment.
“There was no pool because I live in the town, so the more and more I thought about it, I realised it’s good to keep putting money into investments.”
Her new house is a three-bedroom villa which has a pool and a big garden just for her dog.
Niamh said: “The property is a new build so it will be finished in one month and we’ll be moving in then.
“When you buy a property here you don’t have to renovate a load of things because they’re so beautiful.”
Niamh plans to rent out her apartment as she moves into her villa.
She said: “We’ll probably move furniture from this apartment to the house, because we just bought really nice new furniture I don’t want to go to waste.”
Niamh continuously posts about her new property, but many people leave negative comments about her happy news.
She added: “People don’t look at OnlyFans as a real job no matter how much you’re paying to the Revenue, no matter how much money you’re making.
“I’ve learned to use it to my advantage because all your haters continuously post about you and comment on your posts, which then makes your posts viral.
“Every single time I post about it it goes viral, which in turn pays me. It doesn’t bother me at all.”
After experiencing the difference between properties in Ireland and Turkey, Niamh sympathises with her family back home, saying: “It feels kind of s**t. I just want to be able to help them. I want to say come live with me.
“My sisters and brothers also live at home. My sister is 21 and she’s doing nursing so she’ll probably live at home for a while. It makes you feel really grateful for what you have.”
