Irish man gets fright of life in spooky 'ghost train' virtual reality game

This is the hilarious moment a Carlow man was given the fright of his life while playing a haunting virtual reality video game.

Joseph Joyce from Hacketstown, Co Carlow, was deeply immersed in the spooky virtual reality game 'Ghost Train' and was filmed by a friend as the game unleashed a pair of ghouls his way.

Joe spins around in his chair as he searches for ghosts in the dark halls of the virtual train.

After a few seconds of silence Joyce looks over his shoulder to find two horrible looking creatures staring at him.

Joseph let out a roar as two ghouls creeped up on him in the virtual reality game (Joseph Joyce)

The Carlow man lets out a screech before ripping the VR headset off his head.

"Man that is freaky out," he yells out with nervous laughter.

The virtual reality game looks like the one to get this spooky season as Halloween draws closer and closer.

Thanks to Joseph for letting us use his video.
