Irish influencer drops hints they could be a contestant on this year's Love Island

Irish influencer Eabha O’Donoghue has raised suspicions that she will appear on this year’s Love Island.

The hit reality show is set to return to screens on June 6.

Fans of Eabha O’Donoghue have started to speculate whether the Irish influencer and TikToker will be making an appearance on the eighth season of Love Island after a recent video.

The 21-year-old shared a video of her lip-syncing to audio of former contestant Faye Winter’s outburst at Teddy Soares with her 30 thousand followers.

On the TikTok, she wrote, “28 days to go,” which raised more than a few eyebrows as to whether she would be part of the coming season.

This was solidified when Eabha liked a comment that read: “Will you be appearing on it?”

Another comment said: “Not me thinking she’s going to be on Love Island.”

“Saving this in case she’s on it,” one TikTok user said.

One said: “So excited for Love Island.”

The show, which is aired on Virgin Media and ITV, will take place in a new location this year, with producers hunting for a villa.

Kevin Lygo, ITV managing director of media and entertainment, told PA the property is going to be “marvellous”.

“Yes, it’s going to be in Mallorca. It is going to be a great one,” he said.

Plans for the new property include a fire pit and swimming pool, just as the previous one had.
