An Irish couple unintentionally found out their baby's gender, just moments before a reveal party.
In a jaw-dropping ordeal, Ultrascan Ireland, based in Dublin, welcomed the pair into their clinic to deliver the news.
But things took a turn for the worse when an employee approached them with the famous 'gender balloon' under her arm - only for it to pop as they were about to hand it over.

Sharing the video onto popular app TikTok, the company shared CCTV footage of the couple in complete shock from the incident.
"Gender reveal gone wrong," they captioned the post beside mind-blown emojis.
When the employee came out of the back room with the balloon tucked under her arm, she was also left in utter shock when the balloon popped before her eyes.
Once the balloon had disappeared, pink confetti burst from the item - revealing that the couple were expecting a little baby girl.
Another couple seated on a couch in the clinic are also seen gasping at the situation.
In a previous video, the company detailed how they make the special gender reveal balloons.
The process starts by putting the colour inside the balloon before inflating it with a pumping mechanism - and adding some finishing touches with a blue and pink ribbon.
The popular balloon featured the iconic wording, "boy or girl?"

Whilst the ordeal initially seemed mortifying, fellow TikTokers took to the comment section to ease the burden for the surprised couple.
One user gushed: "It's actually a brilliant one, they have this memory forever."
