Irish 'cottage' built 190 years ago on sale for €1.1 million after dramatic makeover

A cottage built almost 190 years ago has hit the market after a stunning remodel and dramatic makeover.

Tudor Cottage, described as a "beautifully presented and architect designed split level 4-bedroom family home", is on sale for €1.1 million.

Located in picturesque Enniskerry, Co Wicklow the stunning property, once a coachman’s cottage built in 1835, has undergone extensive renovations yet still retains its classic charm.

Once a part of the estate of Kilcroney House, the original cut stone granite cottage was "extensively refurbished" in 2013 to modern building standards.
