An Irish actor who filmed a sex scene with Michelle Keegan in a portaloo says there was "nothing sexy" about it.
Damien Molony, from Kildare, had to film the uncomfortable scenes on the first day in his new role.
He stars alongside the former Corrie bombshell in new comedy Brassic which is set to land on Sky One this autumn.
And he had to film the uncomfortable scenes just hours after meeting Michelle, Independent.ie reports.
Damien said: There's nothing sexy about a Brassic sex scene".
"They're always such bizarre things anyway, but it was definitely odd having sex in a portable loo on your first day of a new job, definitely a tight fit.
"It's just a good laugh because you both understand the complete ridiculousness of the situation," he added.
Molony, 34, revealed he rang his mum and told her about his steamy scenes with the former Coronation Street star.
The Kildare actor, who is best known for his role as DC Albert Flight in BBC’s Ripper Street, said: “I used to ring my mum in the trailer and she asked, ‘What are you doing today?’
“I had to say, ‘It’s day one and I’ve never met this girl before and I have to get into a f*****g portaloo with her and have sex.”
Damien also bonded with The Wire star Dominic West on the Brassic set after they discovered they both attended Trinity College.
Dominic met his wife Catherine Fitzgerald in the university in 1990 while Damien was a Trinity student in the 2000s.
He said:"It was great to be able to chat to him about his time there when we weren't filming."
"We had a mega night out with him too."
