High winds and heavy rain look set to batter Ireland all weekend.
Saturday will be mostly wet, while Sunday will see very strong winds take hold across the country.
Meanwhile, a Status Yellow rain warning issued on Friday remains in place for Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo.
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Mostly cloudy this morning, with outbreaks of showery rain in most areas, heavy in places.
"Brighter conditions, with scattered showers, will develop in the southwest, extending gradually northeastwards during the day.

"However, some of the showers may be heavy, especially in west Munster and rain will continue throughout the day in the north and northwest, with some heavy and possibly thundery falls and a risk of flooding.
"Becoming breezy, with moderate to fresh westerly winds developing, strong in western and southern coastal areas. Maximum temperatures 13C to 18C, highest in eastern coastal areas.
"Tonight will be windy with dry spells and scattered showers in most areas, but there will be further spells of rain in the north and northwest, heavy at times, with a risk of flooding.
"Minimum temperatures 9C to 12C, in mostly moderate to fresh westerly winds, strong in coastal areas, especially on western coasts."
The winds from Saturday night will continue to grow much stronger through to Sunday.
The forecaster added: "Sunday will be unseasonably windy, with very strong and gusty westerly winds and with the risk of damaging gusts in western and northern coastal areas.
"There will be some bright or sunny spells, especially in the south, but scattered showers also, with longer spells of rain in the north and northwest, heavy and possibly thundery, with a continuing risk of flooding.
"Maximum temperatures 12C to 17C, highest in the southeast."
Sadly, the national forecaster believes the next week will be unsettled, and will potentially see a lot of rain.
