Met Eireann are forecasting more thundery downpours across the country today with the possibility of flooding in parts of the country.
Ulster will get the best of the weather while most of the rest of the country will have to deal with consistent showers.
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Brightening up this morning with mist and fog patches soon slowly clearing. Scattered showers breaking out through the morning and afternoon with dry and sunny intervals also.
"Showers will be most frequent through the midlands and south, and some heavy showers will develop with localised thundery downpours possible bringing a risk of spot flooding. The best of the dry and bright weather will be in Ulster with showers isolated here. Highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees in a light to moderate northerly breeze.
"Showers will die out tonight, with dry and mostly clear weather extending from the north to the south through the early part of the night. A few isolated showers will arrive onto northern and western coasts at around dawn. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees with light northwest breezes."

Next week is set to start very similarly before major uncertainty as to how wet and windy it will become on Thursday - with some forecasters suggesting a storm could be on the way.
Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather said: "Heavy showers tomorrow again with risk of thunderstorms. Showers Monday to Wednesday but not as many. Huge uncertainty then around Thursday with location of low system uncertain but potential for storm so I’ll keep a close eye on that."
A Met Eireann forecaster added: "Similar temperatures for the week ahead as of recent, with showers and dry spells during Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a lot of uncertainty regarding the track of a depression by midweek, which may bring a spell of wet and windy weather on Thursday."
