Met Eireann has pinpointed where the two warmest areas in Ireland will be today and it looks like the south west and south east will be able to make brilliant use of being near a beach this weekend.
Kerry is set to reach a stunning high of 25C today, while counties like Carlow, Limerick, Sligo and Donegal will all enjoy 20C weather.
Today is set to be the hottest day of the year so far, making it the perfect opportunity to get out in the sun safely.
It'd be a stunning setting for a BBQ or a trip to the beach- or even just to the shop to get a 99.
Leinster will be dry and sunny today, and feeling warm away from the coast, with highs of 16 or 17 degrees in inland counties.
However, it will be a few degrees cooler near coasts, just 13 or 14 degrees here due to the moderate easterly breeze.
Munster is set to see scorching temperatures, with highs of 15 to 18 or 19 degrees, warmest in the west, but a few degrees cooler near southern coasts, resting at just 13 or 14 degrees.
In Connacht, there will be highs of 15 to 19 or 20 degrees, warmest in the west., with a light to moderate easterly breeze.
Ulster is set for dry and warm weather today, with highs of 15 to 19 or 20 degrees, warmest in the west.
A forecaster said: "Highest temperatures today will generally range from 15 to 20 degrees, highest in parts of the west and southwest, but lower in coastal parts of the east and south, ranging from 12 to 14 degrees here, due to onshore mostly moderate southeast to east breezes. Winds will be a little fresher in some southern and southwestern coastal parts."
