Met Eireann has said that the spell of mixed weather will continue around the country with the conditions being very erratic over the next few days.
While some drier periods are expected with temperatures reaching the high teens and 20C locally, there will also be some heavy downpours with thundery conditions expected too.
On that note, here's what's expected over the coming days...
Monday morning and afternoon
A cloudy and misty start for most places, with showers becoming fairly widespread, many of them heavy.
Met Eireann has said: "Some thundery downpours will also occur, bringing a risk localised flooding."
Conditions will improve in the afternoon and evening with drier conditions extending into western areas. However, the heavy thundery showers will continue across parts of the midlands and east. Highest temperatures of 17 to 19 degrees.
Monday night
A largely dry and clear night is expected with some patchy drizzle in the west. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees.
Tuesday morning and afternoon
A dry and cloudy morning is on the horizon with some hazy sunny spells too. There's also a chance of some isolated and patchy light rain or drizzle at times.
Met Eireann has said that things will be, "feeling rather pleasant with highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees, possibly reaching 21 degrees in the east, in light southwesterly breezes. Becoming cloudier during the evening with some patchy drizzle will develop along Atlantic coasts."
Tuesday night
A misty and murky night is expected with a few occasional clear spells before a band of rain moves to the Atlantic coastal counties before dawn.
Tuesday will be a very mild night with muggy conditions expected as temperatures are expected not to fall below 13 to 15 degrees.
Wednesday morning and afternoon
A heavy band of rain will gradually move eastwards through the morning, while sunny spells and isolated light showers will follow from the west as the afternoon develops.
The mercury will hit highs of 17 to 20 degrees.
Thursday morning and afternoon
At present, there's some uncertainty for Thursday as a low-pressure system that's set to track to the northwest of Ireland makes an impact.
Met Eireann has said: "Current indications suggest there will be some patchy rain and drizzle in the morning however it will become drier with good sunny spells for the afternoon.
Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees.

Friday and the weekend
Unsettled conditions are expected on Friday and the weekend with showers and longer spells of rain. The highest temperatures will generally range between 16 to 21 degrees.
Monday
Monday is set to be mostly cloudy with showers becoming widespread behind clouds and rain.
There'll be some thundery downpours too, some localised flooding and thunder rain clouds too.
Drier weather will start to move in from the west later on Monday afternoon and evening.
