Ireland is set to see a miserable week of weather, with heavy rain and gusty winds set to hit.
Keeping close to conditions of the past few weeks, Met Eireann warned that next weekend will see things grow even more 'unsettled'.
Thursday is the only day that may see some solace in a week which will otherwise be battered by mostly heavy rain.
And flooding could also arrive after long periods of showers.
A forecaster said: "A rather cloudy and dull start to the week there'll be outbreaks of rain at times, turning heavy and persistent in the southeast and later in the east.

"There'll be a good deal of dry weather in the north and west with just isolated showers there and in the afternoon sunny spells will develop for most places. Temperatures will be between 12C and 14C degrees through the day with light to moderate southeast winds.
"Tonight temperatures will fall to between 7C and 9C with light variable winds. It will be largely dry with just isolated patches of drizzle and mist, later turning a little more persistent in the east.
"Tuesday will start out rather cloudy in the east with a little lingering drizzle and mist, sunnier conditions elsewhere will extend countrywide during the morning.
"Later in the afternoon cloud will thicken from the west as southerly winds freshen, bringing rain. Afternoon temperatures of 11C to 13C.
"On Tuesday night outbreaks of rain in the west will become heavy and persistent and spread eastwards overnight. Lowest temperatures of 9C to 11C with strong southerly winds developing.
"Wednesday will be a wet and windy day with a risk of spot flooding as rain turns heavy and persistent for a time.
"The strong southerly winds will ease later and temperatures will be between 11C and 13C once again.
"The rain will clear by Wednesday night and under clear skies temperatures will drop significantly in a much cooler airmass than recent days, down to between plus 1C and 3C with a grass frost developing."
