Ireland is set to feel a big change in the weather from the middle of the week as a front moves in bringing bleak conditions.
After a cold snap of freezing temperatures, it looks like rain is making a return from Wednesday.
Met Eireann says that high pressure dominates early this week, with sunny spells and frosty nights.
They add: "Things change Wednesday as a front moves in, bringing rain followed by blustery showers.
"Thursday looks to be settled, before a low pressure system takes over on Friday bringing unsettled wet weather."
It comes as a Status Yellow warning for unusual weather conditions is in effect until 10am on Tuesday.
The fog warning for Munster will linger until the morning, leading to potentially hazardous conditions on roads.
As for the rest of the country, it will be cold with frost clearing on Tuesday morning, with some mist and fog lingering in parts of Munster.

The day will be dry with sunny spells and the cloudiest conditions will be over the northern half of the country. There will be longer spells of sunshine further south, with highest temperatures of 6 to 9C in light southwest winds, or calm conditions.
On Tuesday night it will be dry to begin with clear spells but mist and fog will return to parts of the south.
Many places will be dry for most of the night but a band of rain will move in from the northwest later and the rain will push southeastwards into the midlands near dawn.
Cold with lowest temperatures of -2 to +2C, a little less cold across west Connacht and Ulster.
A forecaster said: "A damp start on Wednesday morning with rain slowly clearing the south and east. Brighter weather with showers and sunny spells will follow for the rest of the day.
"Showers will be heaviest and most frequent in the northwest, with isolated hail showers possible. Highest temperatures of 6 to 9C.
"Long dry and clear spells with scattered showers feeding over the country in fresh northerly winds, showers most frequent near western and northern coasts [on Wednesday night]. Lowest temperatures of 0 to +3C, less cold along Atlantic fringes.
"Thursday will be cold with scattered showers. There will be good sunshine at first, but it will become cloudier through the day from the northwest. Highest temperatures of just 5 to 8C.
"Becoming windy overnight with fresh to strong westerly winds developing. Mostly cloudy with a few showers at first, but rain will slowly extend from the northwest to all areas overnight. Lowest temperatures of -1 to +3C."
Looking towards the weekend, the forecaster added: "Friday will be windy with frequent showers. Cold, with some showers possibly turning to sleet in the evening.
"Fresh to strong northerly winds with gales likely near some coasts and over high ground. Highest temperatures of 7 to 9C with an added wind chill factor.
"Remaining windy through the night with further showers. Some showers of sleet or snow are likely over the north and west. Lowest temperatures of 0 to +4C.
"Further scattered showers on Saturday with sunny intervals. Feeling cold in brisk northerly winds which will moderate later in the day. Highest temperatures of just 5 to 7C. Cold overnight with temperatures near freezing or slightly below.
"Sunday is looking to be cloudier with rain developing in the west later in the day and spreading eastwards. Winds will be light or moderate. Early indications suggest it will turn milder heading into next week."
