Irish teenager Jayson Molumby is earning rave reviews for Millwall as they continue their climb up the Championship table.
The Waterford man, 20, went on loan from Brighton to The Den at the start of the season and has had to bide his time to get a chance.
But the Ireland U21 captain has become a regular fixture in the centre of Millwall's midfield in recent months and it seems no coincidence that this has coincided with their rise up the table.
A 2-0 home win over Reading this afternoon saw them move up to seventh place in the table only behind Nottingham Forest on goal difference.
