This is the massive 28 storey hotel that is set to overshadow the west Dublin skyline along one of the busiest junctions of the M50.
The huge hotel plans, which also include smaller office buildings, are currently being considered by Fingal County Council for the site known as "Junction 6" in Castleknock.
The drawings show the towering glass building that will transform the site from a small one-storey building to the tallest building in Ireland.
Currently home to a health and fitness village located just off the M50, plans for the site will see it demolished and this towering development built in its place.
The development has been deemed a "massive over-development" of the site by locals including Labour councillor John Walsh who has claimed that it will be the tallest building in Ireland.
If plans go ahead, the hotel tower will be 143.7m tall with 92.7 metres above ground. The current tallest building in Dublin and Ireland is Capitol Dock which is 79m high above ground.
The massive 1.62 hectare site sandwiched between the busy motorway and N3 Navan Road will see all of its space used with the tower providing the tallest view of anywhere in Ireland.
The hotel will include 459 bedrooms, and the office storeys will be up to 13 storeys tall.
Also proposed is car park space for 232 vehicles, 710 bicycle parking spaces and a retail cafe and set down area for the hotel.
Current road access to the site is also expected to be upgraded.
Submissions on the application are being accepted by FCC until October 6, with a decision on the application expected to be made after that.
