Ryan Manning put in an impressive performance for Swansea on Wednesday night as the Welsh side were dumped out of the FA Cup by Manchester City.
The Republic of Ireland international was handed a rare start for the Swans and assisted Morgan Whittaker for a consolation goal in the 3-1 defeat.
Wales Online described the former Galway United player as Swansea's star man in their player ratings, saying: "Handed a rare chance to impress, Manning did remarkably well to nullify Man City's threat on his flank in the opening 45 and he did well in possession too. Put himself about and got an assist."
And plenty of others praised the 24-year-old's performance on social media.

One Arsenal fan tweeted: "This Ryan Manning for Swansea looks like a good little player.. give him a bell Mikel Arteta, see if he fancies it."
A Swansea supporter posted: "Ryan manning fights for the badge."
Someone else said: "Love the bite about Ryan Manning."
Pep Guardiola was delighted with his team's performance as they set a new English record for consecutive wins, with Wednesday's victory being their 15th in a row.
He said: "I’m very pleased for the way they performed.
"All of them. Swansea is a strong side. They are a really strong team. You understand how many games they were unbeaten. We are in the next round. We are very pleased.
"The game takes more than 90 minutes. I would love to win after eight minutes.
"That’s why you have to be patient, control the strength points. In general we played a really good game."
