Cork, Galway and Kildare were the only other counties to record more than 20 new cases in the same week.
For the fourth week in a row, Donegal and Kerry have less than 10 new cases, while Waterford has achieved the feat for the fifth straight week.
Those under the age of 65 made up for 74% of all cases, but accounted for just 7% of deaths.
The median age for confirmed cases was 47 last week, and is 48 overall.
Women accounted for 57% of cases.
